iPhone development

So, as the previous posts show, I got an iPhone last week.

There’s plenty of reviews online so I’ll spare you. But I have to say: the app store is awesome! Not only that, with the SDK for the iPhone free (well, $99 if you want to submit applications or test out apps on your own iPhone) it is totally worth it to write an application. The SDK makes it extremely easy, with a great Interface Builder utility. And the market is going to be freakin’ huge–1 million iPhones sold in the first week alone. Though I don’t think I’ll be “starting a startup” based on iPhone applications, I am looking to make some money on the side by creating some innovative apps.

Stay tuned for more…In the meantime, learn how to program for the iPhone with these great videos.
